After seeing this place on YouTube back in 2014, it has been on my bucket list of places to visit ever since. On the 23rd of June 2019, it was made a reality. After getting up early in the morning, I made my way to Chertsey from Newbury toe explore it. It has seriously gone downhill. Many floors and ceilings have begun to collapse.

The entrance was easy easy – a whole window has fallen out of its frame so all I needed to do was climb into it. I was immediately hit with the smell of rot and decay. It’s a big shame, as the manor is quite an architectural gem. However, for those of you who like paranormal stuff, the manor has a very oppressive and evil feeling to it. Almost tangible! I didn’t spend too long in here – the active stonemasons’ next door put me off a bit. Video to come soon!
