About Me

I have always been fascinated by ruins and derelict sites ever since a young age. I first began properly exploring abandoned places aged 15, with my first site being the local (to me) Crookham Court School in Berkshire. I have now been exploring over five years now and have loved every minute of it! I take exploring very seriously – I always let my family know where I am going and keep in touch with them whilst out. Safety is paramount. As for what cameras I use, I have a Nikon Coolpix b500 (my first camera) and also a Nikon D3400 DSLR. Both fantastic pieces of kit.

So far, I have the majority of sites ticked off my urbex bucket list:

Asylum: tick!
Church: tick!
Factory: tick!
Cotton mill: tick!
Country house: tick!
Power Station: TICK!!!

P.S. I got my nickname ‘Dragon’ because I have a fiery temper and I do not tolerate people damaging buildings or doing stupid things around them amongst other reasons as well. Oh, and also because I am Welsh and proud…!

  1. Hi

I’ve seen your report about Dolmans, Shaw, Newbury. My dad grew up there, and I would love to take him back before they knock it down. Can you help me to contact the owners please ? Many thanks

    • Hi Emily. Unfortunately I have no idea who the owner is. Maybe you could try West Berkshire COuncil? Maybe they’d know? Sory to take so long to reply and sorry to be of no use.
